The five investment promotion projects of Longgang in this Hi-Tech fair
Industrial Park for Returned Students
  Longgang District has planned to establish Shenzhen Industrial Park for Returned Students covering an area of 200,000 square meters and with building area of 500,000 square meters. It can hold 200 high quality enterprises established by returned students after completion with 15, 000 employed population and 4 billion annual production value of high-tech products.
Three new industrial parks
  At present, Longgang is building three new industrial parks, namely Xinsheng-Gaoqiao, Biling-Shaying and Jinsha-Shatian and has planned to build them into a brand high-tech industrial parks area of Shenzhen to realize the goal of “creating another two industrial Longgangs.
Pengqian National Mine Park
  Located in Pingshan Street in Longgang District, the park has more than 30 mining caves, with the mine gallery of 7600 meters, space area of 81,000 square meters and goaf of 1 million square meters, and has an underground space which can hold 150,000 people. Pengqian National Mine Park is planned to be a complete theme tourism project giving priority to mine remainders landscape.
Fenghuang Mountain National Mine Park
  It is located at the Pinghu Street in Longgang District and mainly shows the history of development of mining, and has become a particular area with research value and educational function and for sight-seeing, scientific research and diverting.
The world of ice and snow
  The world of ice and snow is created by the ultra-low temperature derived from the production process of LNG project and is a tourism project built from collection and conversion of cold source which was originally drained into the sea. It is a all-weather comprehensive theme park.
